All club activities will continue to be suspended that includes all practices, games and other events associated with Parkwood Youth Organization as we proceed through Phase 1 and 2. 


Phase 1

Phase 2 :

Intramural Soccer

  • Executive Board Voted to cancel Spring 2020 

    • Season Has been Canceled  (May 14th) 

  • Donation/Credit/Reimbursement

    •  Process to start Week of June 1st 

Executive Board Virtual Meeting :

  • May 28th 

  • Phase 3 Determination meeting Week of June 22nd 


Phase 3 :

Intramural Baseball (Phillies RBI)

  • Latest Start Date July 1st

  • Cancellation Determination Date June 23rd 

  • ***Possibility of moving Intramural Baseball (Phillies RBI) to Fall if canceled.

Spring/Summer Season Survey Information :


Sunday May 17th  we will be sending an email to all registered participants as well as posting to both our facebook and home page a link to a survey  that will provide options for families to determine their desire to continue to participate in the delayed seasons or opt out.  The survey will provide families the ability to determine how their Spring/Summer fees are allocated. 

We will provide 3 Options 

  1. Donation 

  • As a non-profit(501 (c)(3)) volunteer organization we rely heavily on registration dollars to fund our Club and programs.  If you are able to apply all or a portion of your Spring registration payment  as a donation to the club, your generosity  will help us continue to provide programming to our community in future seasons. As a thank you if  your donation is >50% of the registration amount you will be eligible for a $10 credit to be used on your next registration and for a full donation you will be eligible for a $20 credit towards your next registration. 

    • (Please note that all donations are tax deductible.)


  1. Credit 

  • If you would like to request a credit, we will create a code that can be used  during your next registration.  You will also be eligible for a $10 voucher for a future registration beginning Winter 2021) 


  1. Reimbursement 

  • If you would like to request reimbursement of the Spring fee we will process as quickly as possible. Reimbursement is a MANUAL process. We just ask for your patience as we update each request.  As a non-profit organization, Parkwood Youth Organization will retain $5 from the registration fees to cover the processing and transaction fees our organization incurs with each transaction.

A note for our families that have children playing Travel Soccer. Registration for the 2020-2021 Travel Soccer Season  will be opening Monday May 18th. Should you have any Questions about Travel SOccer please reach out to Derek Ross at [email protected]
